    Jan 18 - 50 min Leslie Sanson 3 mile, +15 each jj, squats, wall push-ups, forgot to add that I went for another walk +30 min
    Jan 19 - cooking day, so I will just go for a 30 minute walk
    Jan 20 - 50 min Leslie 3 mile + 15 each jj, squats and wall-push ups + 60 min walk :smiley:

    Wow ... I so missed this challenge ..got busy getting ready to go away for the weekend, came home, got busy at work and didn't check for the challenge... so I had just kept doing the week 2 challenge... I wouldn't want to have to start squats all over again. Lol.

    I am pretty sure I got my exercise though... we were at the West Edmonton Mall waterpark... I got the slides with the grandkids -- so stair climbing with 23 pound weights ha ha ...

    So I will just have to add the lunges and pay more attention now that I can finally see the groups on my smartphone.

    Looks like everyone is doing really well, good motivation !!
