When to start stronglifts 5x5?

Hi every one,

I've come back to em2wl after quite a break, in which I gained about 50lbs. To kickstart my loss I started 30ds and I'm still on level one as I only do it mon, weds and fri. I want to start doing stronglifts 5x5 and wonder if I can do the two together considering I'd be starting with no weight on stronglifts, or should I wait until I've finished 30ds first?

    Your muscles recovery from a good lifting session by having recovery, no intense load being put on them so they can heal.

    Would 30DS be putting an intense load on them for the 24-36 hrs that repair is going on after the lifting?

    Now, if you do it the same day, do the 5x5 first, 30DS with whatever strength you got afterwards.
    Then you still have a rest day.

    I was planning to do both mon, weds, fri so resting tues, thurs and sat. So far 30ds isn't feeling too challenging but I'm sure that'll change. I can always back off if need ne I suppose.
