Ok people I am going to share with you I work at a hospital and I spoke with a patient that got the surgery and she shared the pre surgery diet all liquids so I'm trying to do this diet and see how much I can lose... So far pretty good I started on Sunday so today is day 3 and I'm doing good with my sugar and just eating broth and slim fast and Atkins protein shakes and sugar free jello it's going good!!, so far I lost 4 pound since sunday

    Keep it up, I'm going to try that for the next 5 days then slowly add healthier meals.
