-As long as you're alive it's not too late to become the person you really want to be and know in your heart you deserve to be. No matter how bad you might have screwed things up in the past, no matter how far off course you've gotten from what you really want to do, you can ALWAYS turn it around.

That's a very good one and very important one! Thanks for putting it up.
I am a full believer (finally) of putting yourself first especially when you are trying to improve your health and/or mental wellbeing. If a lot more people did it then there would be a lot more healthy, happy folks in the world.
On that nerdfitness website he talks about putting fitness first just for one month and that may be a simple 15 or 30 minute walk every day or a full work out routine 3 times a week. But basically he advises you to tell friends and family that you will be putting this first for the next month. The majority should respect it, be happy to support you and be understanding if you can't meet up as those are the times you are working out/doing whatever it is to help improve yourself. If anyone is put out that you can't go for that usual coffee and cake on a Wednesday, or you won't be out drinking alcohol with them for a few weeks- well feic them! It's only for one month to try it out so just give it a go whatever it is especially if it will help you.
