1. I'm about to become a D1 athlete at LSU, and I want to be in the absolute best shape possible.
2. I want to look good and feel great about myself and my body.
3. I hate the feeling of when I eat something really heavy (ex: fast food) and my body is struggling to process it.
4. I love healthy food way more than I have ever loved any kind of junk food.
5. I won't regret anything if I feel great about myself.
6. Summer is coming fast and soon.
7. I want to have abs.
8. I want to feel amazing in a bikini.
9. I hate the fat on my stomach.
10. I just know that if I lose the weight I want my game will go up a lot because I won't have any extra weight.0 -

3. Have you ever heard someone saying, "I regret that workout" or "I wish I was unhealthy"? I thought not haha;
4. It won't be long before it's Summer, and for once I don't want to have to cover up;
5. My birthday in April;
6. Having guys actually approach me (I know that could be controversial but oh well);
7. To be able to live my 20s being care free and wild, without the worry of my weight holding me back;

9. To get my squats up to 60kg (~132 lbs) by Summer (currently on 45kg (~99 lbs) 12 reps 3 sets) and;

Oh this is fun!
1. I want to be in the healthy weight category for the first time in my adult life. I have always been overweight.
2. To be healthy overall. There's obesity across my entire family and heart disease/ stroke/ diabetes have also cropped up again and again. I do not want that to be me.
3. To buy a whole new wardrobe of clothes that I wouldn't have even considered last year.
4. Get rid of belly fat! Hoping 30 day shred can help a bit with that.
5. To not be the fat friend.
6. To look good naked!
7. I would love to be fit. Imagine being able to complete 30 day shred! now that is what I would consider on the road to fit!
8. I am going on a girls holiday to New York in May and I want to rock a new figure.
9. So that my family can see that losing weight, while it is a struggle and definitely not easy, is doable.

4. To get fit, after running a few 5ks last year I want to build up to 10K, a half marathon, who knows maybe even a full marathon!
5. To feel good amongst my friends, I've never felt comfortable around my friends mum after she told my friend how much better I would look if I only lost some weight.. I was only 91/2 stone at the time! I want her to think I look good.
6. To improve my overall health for the long term.

1. For my health - diabetes runs in my family
