    Today's weight 176. I've stayed the same. Instead of turning up the beet this week, I will be turning up the heat! lol.

    Today weight: 191lbs

    Down 0.8lbs since last week, overall gain since beginning of challenge is 2.2lbs...I can still make magic happen by Valentine's Day. Having to Fess up weekly on my stats is a nice eye opener...I surely thought I would be down weight...this is my reward for losing 15 lbs. May not be on Valentine's Day, but who knows!

    So as expected not seeing a loss this week but I know what I did and part of my focus for 2015 is to not let one bad week derail me. Last week happened but it's in the past. The focus is on for this week.

    @L412‌ That is such a great attitude!

    Had a big eating weekend (anniversary, excuses, excuses) but my workouts were on track. 6/6 complete plus I through in some Zumba on Saturday morning (before the big anniversary dinner).

    Start: 164.8
    Last Week: 165.8
    This Week: 162.6

    3.2 pounds down.

    Really pushed hard this week. Had a couple cheat meals hangin with new friends this weekend so I didn't log food but down 2.4lbs this week from last.

    Starting weight: 213.6
    Last week: 211
    This week: 208.6
    Total lost: 5.0lbs

    Up .4 lbs this week. But was having a hard time in te bathroom. I have uped my fiber intake and hoping this helps!

    So I'm a bit late in turning in my weight accountability,,,, but here it is

    Week 1 Vacation
    Week 2 165.5 bad on vacation
    Week 3 163.4 back on track or like starting over
    Next week should be much better. I am back to regular workouts and back to C25K

    I joined a new gym... not sure if I can lose 5.25 pounds by Valentines day but I'm going to give it my best shot!
