Plan your evening meals- I log them at the beginning of the day with my breakfast so I know how many I have left for snacks and lunch. Then if I complete workouts I can allow myself a little extra!0

Snap Kirsty, I do the same. I also batch cook a lot and freeze. Work the recipes out on here so I can portion them up correctly and I know exactly what I'm getting.0

Do you plan for a fat / fun day?
My nurse told me to have a day, where I eat more calories, so that it kicks my body back into a weight losing rhythm!

That's a version of the 5:2 I suppose, so there maybe something in it!!0

My big eat day is usually Saturday as Saturday night is burger night0

I've never thought about a cheat day, but I keep hearing sooo much about them.
I would say that staying focused for yourself is a good tip and to not beat yourself up IF/when you've had to dive for that biscuit or chocolate bar. Oh and most definitely KEEP SMILING!!!0
