Happy Hump Day!!

So we ended up with a total of 34.5" of snow. Spent a good amount of time shoveling yesterday (with a giant thanks to my landlord for snowblowing most of it). I hit my goals and had extra workout time due to all the snow removal!

Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. Rest day!

    Shovelling is a great added workout. Way to go SingRunTing! Hit my goals yesterday. Today have already completed a 20 min interval program on treadmill, tonight will be strength training. Stay within calories and work on the water.

    Great for body and mind :)
    We ended the day with family stretching time and some great sleep.
    Today is a rest day so lots of protein and water are in order.

    Hi All - Happy Wednesday.

    I hit my goals yesterday and am on my way to hitting today's as well (10K steps by 1pm!). I'm a little frustrated because I feel like the scale isn't moving. Trying not to lose motivation - I know I'm getting healthy in other ways.

    Goals:
    1. 10K steps (DONE)
    2. 100 oz water
    3. Stay within calories
    4. XTFMax workout (DONE)

    Did well yesterday-hit all my goals! Todays goals are/were to finish up my to-do list except two of the places were closed so they roll over to tomorrow. Grrrr. I've already gotten a good workout in so all that's left to do today is log everything and stay under.

    @SingRunTing‌ -I can't fathom that much snow and I'm so glad I live in Florida and can whine when it's in the 50's!

    Better late then never :smile: Feeling really under the weather right now but managed to get my workout in, stayed under and keep going.

    Got a Fitbit for my birthday, it rocks :smile:

    Now I am wrapped in my blanket and I slack around on the sofa.
