Hi There, I'm new to this site but thought this board would be a good fit for me. I'm currently about 30 pounds overweight: 160lbs on a 5'4 frame, but I tend to hide it well... except for lately when none of my clothes are fitting and I can clearly feel my energy flagging. I enjoy curling once a week and like to walk, however do not do it regularly for exercise. In fact these days with running my kids to activities I feel like I have no time for me... This is something I want to do not just for me, but for my family so I have the energy to keep up with them for many, many years!

If your kids are in school, try to workout out an hour a day at your house or gym. Consider this hour yours to relax and take care of your body. Put your headphones, play a music you like and enjoy losing yourself in the songs while you are exercising and breathing.0
