Here to support, friend too should you wish. I'm 50 years old. 190 lbs and 5'0". Hope to lose 40-50 lbs. I normally try to replace one meal a day with a protein shake. I've been walking for a while and doing Zumba for 2 months. Just started the Couch To 5k program (C25k). I'm relatively new too ... we're on the right track!0
