where are all my week 4 people at? I'm the only one posting?!
Week 4 Day 4 Workout 3 Done.
Knees and hips are bothering me, so i'm taking it easy on some of the moves to prevent injury, but overall, workout 3 feels easy now.

Sorry to leave the group hanging. I decided to take this week off due to injury. My knees, hips and ankles were just too painful. I'll rejoin next week with major modifications. No more jumping for this girl. I'm too old to put that much stress on my joints.0

my knees, ankles, and hips are hurting too! ibuprofen has been a really good friend this week. i don't know how next week will go though0

I'm having my day 7 rest day on day 4 now since I have more time on the weekend to exercise - plus I walk to and from work during the week, so get about an hour of walking in on my Thursday rest day (which I wouldn't do on Sunday).0

i am not alone! haha i was just wondering where all the people who started at the same time as me went. everybody just has different schedules and tries to fit it the workouts however they can.0
