LOL @mainebeachb - we should add SKI 7 days a week up here in Maine! 50" snow at our place in the last 7 days. How about you?0
-
1) Keep logging
2) Join a gym and make a real effort to go in the mornings before class
3) Lose 5lbs (realistic) or 10lbs (stretch)
4) Get my sleep schedule back on track0 -
@renaejae - we probably have 40-45" in the past week, maybe more, so hard to tell because it has been so darn windy and the snow has been so light and fluffy. When I snow shoed the other day, I was sinking into some pretty deep drifts though. Skiing more would definitely be great. I took my son to Shawnee Peak Sunday, but it was still cold and windy. I am a fair weather skier. haha0

@natalie8313 back when I weighed a bit less, c25k changed my life!
I hope to do it again 50 pounds from now, good luck!
My goals:
- up the protein!
- Do the squat challenge I still haven't done!
- Get to the gym! ( having issues- finally found an affordable one with daycare, but nervous leaving the little one since I'm nursing, he hasn't been out of my site yet!)
- I know my goals should be more specific but this month as long as u start moving I will be happy! My eating is in control- now time to move my butt!0 -
My goals:
~Go a whole day (which will hopefully lead to a week, leading to a month, etc) without snagging just one mouthful of something between meals. This is a hard thing for me to do as well as eat while preparing meals as I prepare most meals and I am always tempted to steal a quick bite here or there. I know it adds up.
~Drink my 8 glasses of water + 2 cups of decaff green tea per day
~Drink less diet coke (eventually I want to eliminate it and water flavor enhancers but drinking that much plain water is hard!)
~Keep my blood sugars under control
~Be consistent with exercising.0 -
OK so I looked back at my FEB goals and feel like I didn't challenge myself enough. I'm adding a couple more
1. Zero Caffeine
2. Increase my protein
3. Prepare healthy snacks in advance
4. Eat slow and enjoy my food (log everthing)
5. Exercise 5x’s a week
6. Lose 10lbs in February
7. Add a new exercise to my morning routine each week
8. Measure my portions at dinner time
You're all doing great! Let's make it a successful weekend!0 -
