Meal Planning
What do you do that helps you with meal planning? Recipes with same ingredients, large volume of one item, online resources, etc? This is where I am not doing well.... eating out and frozen dinners are items I need to limit and seem way too easy to do.

A NSV I love!
I love when the scale tells me I've lost weight but sometimes you've just got to be able to see it. I don't have any good photos of my before weight but this one makes me so very happy! What NSV have you celebrated this week that you absolutely love?
