June Goals

What are your goals for June? I've been slacking on my eating program, so this month I am refocusing. I also signed up for a 5k in September, so I'm starting the C25K program. I started it a few months ago, but didn't have an actual goal.

My 3 goals are:
1. Stay under calorie & on plan (including weekends - as they are the devil to my willpower)
2. Complete the first 4 weeks of the C25K program
3. No alcoholic drinks this month (again, my weekend fun).

    My Goals:

    1) Keep my steps (Fitbit tracked) at 10,000 Min. each day
    2) Drink at least 64 oz of water each day (this is hard for me)
    3) Continue to not drink soda or anything sugar based (mostly un-sweetened tea these days)
    4) Track everything I eat and drink (that has calories)

    @betsysjl you are much better than me ... I am not ready to go without alcoholic beverages yet!

    @socialone74 - Only for the month of June. I don't want to do it all the time, but we will see how I do this weekend.

    Well ... I did about 70% of my goals :-/
