What are your April Goals? Post here and update weekly so we can help each other stay on track!

My April goals:
Lose 10lbs
Workout 5x/wk
Drink my water
Measure DINNER portions
Improve Weekend Nutrition

    Lose 8lbs
    Workout 6x/week (2 30min days, 4 60 min days)
    Water, water, water!
    Eat more veggies

    Workout 3x/week (3 - 30 min cardio, 4 - 20 min strength)
    Increase water intake
    Log before I eat - especially on the weekends.

    Nice goals. I've been feeling tired for a couple of days and haven't been up at 5am to hit the treadmill. It really throws my day off when I don't start it with exercise. Tomorrow I will do it!! I just need to get to bed earlier.

    The sun is shining. I think I'll take an hour at noon and go for a walk. I know it will help.

    Keep it going ladies!! Let's make April a successful month!!

    I'm so impressed with people who can start their day with exercise. I would fall asleep at my desk during work! Luckily I have enough wiggle room in my life to be able to workout in the late afternoons and early evenings. Kudos to you!!

    I'm going to steal Betsy's goals!

    April Goals:
    -Lose 10 lb
    -Workout 3x/week: 30 min cardio, 20 min strength
    -Increase water intake
    -Log before I eat - especially on the weekends.

    I did it - back on the treadmill this morning. It was slow going but I managed 1.5 miles and feel better already. I even took a nice brisk walk with DH last night for 30 minutes. Not sure why I'm feeling so tired this week. It's like I can't get enough sleep.

    Still plugging along. Last week I dropped 2 by friday and gained back 2lbs of water weight over the weekend which depressed me. I can eat 5 nacho chips and retain 2lbs of water. Feeling under the weather so I'm trying to get enough sleep and still exercise each morning. Going on vacation next week and really want to lose a lb or 2 while we're in VA Beach. Plan on walking everyday and being mindful at all meals!!

    I've completely sucked at my goals this last week and 1/2. I was sick last week, and just ate whatever, and have been struggling to log, and get back to making better food choices. Then my period started and I just wanted to eat everything. I've been sneaking chocolate in and not logging it. Went to a conference yesterday for work...they had a sit-down lunch, and served a artisian bread sandwich and potatoes. The only veggies were small slivers of red peppers. It was good, but I was starving so I ate it all, even though I add taken the chicken and cheese off the bread, I couldn't resist the bread, or the chocolate cake that sat in front of my through the whole thing.

    I have my doctor weigh-in today, and am not looking forward to it at all.

    Feeling crankly & unmotivated.

    Sorry you had such a bad day yesterday. I hope things went ok at the doctors? Today is a new day so you can make a fresh start! This process can be such a roller coaster! Take it one day at a time.

    According the doctor - I've lost 4 lbs in one month. But I'm feeling much more positive today. I've went for a walk before dinner. I've also came up with a new idea for getting in some exercise.
    Use the bathroom - 10 squats
    Fill my water bottle - 15 calf raises
    Eat something (snack or meal) - 10 wall push-ups

    I drink a lot of water - so I've done 50 squats already.

    Great ideas! It's amazing how we can get motivated when we're in a positive state of mind.
    Keep it going. You're doing terrific!!

    Heading to VA Beach for a little family vacation. Really hoping to unwind and get some great walking, hiking and biking in. So ready for some warmer weather!!

    You are doing so great with your weight loss! Sorry to hear you are under the weather, but it should be a beautiful weekend in Virginia Beach. My daughter was there last week on a mission trip and said the weather was gorgeous!

    Back from VA. The weather was wonderful - 75-90 every day!! We drove to the outer banks NC one day and really loved it down there. We may have found our retirement spot!! LOL

    I maintained my weight and I'm back at it today. It was tough not having a routine but I tried to keep track of what I ate until later in the week. Then I just made sure to walk and drink enough water. It was nice to be home and back into a routine today.

    My goals -- No soda, no eating fast food, no non-organic frozen meals -- continue clean eating.
