Fave lazy keto meal!

Options
Hi All,

Any fave recipes that are keto-approved that you love to make when you're feeling less than motivated to make a meal?

Here's mine:

- 8 strips of bacon, diced into pieces
- 2 cups of sliced cabbage (I like mine sliced thin)
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt pepper to taste

1. Cook bacon until barely crisp, remove from pan (leave fat in pan)
2. add spices and cabbage and stir gently on medium heat
3. when cabbage is 3/4 of the way cooked how you like it, add the bacon back in
4. Cook on medium for another 3 min
5. GO TO TOWN!

Net carbs: 7.5, protein: 15g, fat: 17 g, cal: 355 cal (approx with bacon fat)

You?

My lunch just about every day is either some summer sausage or pepperoni slices with cheese or cream cheese and roasted salted almonds. :) Makes me happy and very satisfied.

I love Caveman Keto's Cheesy Chicken Caserole Link here.

But I swap out a can of drained Rotel for the salsa and instead of taco seasoning, I use the first carb free spice mix I grab from my pantry.

My easy grab to go is 2 slices of Landofrost roast beef mustard squirted on top with string cheese rolled up. Usually have a dill pickle on the side.

Lunch most days is - 2 cups spinach or mixed greens with 2Tbsp Ken's Creamy Ceaser dressing & 3oz of left over protein from previous dinner (roast beef, chicken thighs, pork loin, taco meat, 2 hard boiled eggs) or no leftovers then deli roast beef, might add cheese and real bacon bits.

I love doing this one. But if I don't have bacon I use sausage. And sometimes add sour cream and/or cheese. NOM.

I buy the whole turkey breasts, roasted, at Costco. Once home, I cut in half and wrap 1/2 very thoroughly in plastic, then foil, then a freezer bag. Pop that half in freezer, slice the other half. For a quick meal (works well on the go), grab 2-4 oz turkey and add some cheese, avo, guac or whatever your heart desires. If you have room for some carbs, add a handful of grape tomatoes. Take the frozen 1/2 out to defrost in the fridge for 24 hours then slice.

Lazy Keto Meal would be either eggs and bacon OR cheese crisp sandwich w/ deli meat and a little mayo

spinach or other greens, with olives, chopped avocado with a tin of mackerel in extra virgin olive oil. Takes seconds and is quite tasty!
