    Thursday night was lots of wine. TGIF tailgate food at work today. Lots of Seahawk fans everywhere. I joined in. Wearing a Seahawks long sleeve T and Seahawk earrings. I wish I were decked out in my Bronco gear again this year but it just wasn't meant to be.

    Glad it's Friday, I have been drinking every night, but logging my workouts so it mostly balances out. Scale was down a little from last week. After tonight's workout only one week left on Max30 (I did 8 weeks).
    We are going to Winter Park for a friends bday, cross-country skiing tomorrow, should be a good calorie burn for all the beer...

    Friday. I've been having wine each night but I've also been logging some great work outs and been very good with food so I'm ok with it.

    Tomorrow is the year anniversary since I had to say goodbye to my beloved/favorite pussycat Mittens :'( I can't believe it's been a year, I miss her so much but I take a little comfort in the thought that my 2 girls are together <3 I'm sure Lily is getting tons of Mittens snuggles =')
