Hey everyone!

I'm currently doing Kayla Itsines BBG #1. I'm on week 2, abs and arms today.

Currently finding it difficult. I can get through the workouts at least once all the way through -- generally 1.5-2x depending on which exercise in the allotted 7 minute circuit.

    Hey!

    I just started BBG#1 yesterday! Actually, started pretraining day one today. Feeling pretty good about it so far. Looking forward to getting through all 16 weeks.

    Hi!

    I started BBG #1. I am on week 3 arms and abs today. I love how challenging it is! I find myself trying to do the work outs too quickly. I am working on pacing myself, using correct form, and proper breathing.

    I love looking on insta for inspiration, but I really don't post too much myself.

    Hey everyone! I'm on week 3 off BBG 1.0 and I love it so far! I did the pre-training as well. My clothes are starting to feel looser and I've lost a few pounds so far (weight loss is my goal so I'm happy about it!) and I'm drinking so much more water which makes me feel amazing. :)

    Hi everyone! I have dabbled in BBG before but never completed the full 12-week program. After my first half marathon on March 5th, I'm planning on starting BBG 1.0 and continuing it all the way through! I also want to try to more closely follow the H.E.L.P. guide. The workouts are awesome though!
