Any suggestions for going dairy free? Is anyone out there blending Paleo with Keto- if so, do you know any good resources for menu ideas?

I'm dairy-free keto, but am not much of a cook so my stuff is pretty simple.0

Paleo is too low fat and they include lots of high GI foods like Quinoa and Honey.
You can indeed do dairy free keto. Fats are easy to get from animal fats for cooking like tallow, duck fat, lard etc.., avocados (I eat one a day!), and MCT/Coconut Oil. If you need a decaf creamer (caffeine overstimulates your adrenals and releases cortisol and then insulin) use coconut cream.0
