    Beginning weight: 166.2
    Week 1 weigh-in: 164.8
    Week 2 weigh-in: 163.0
    Week 3 weigh-in: 164.8

    Down 2.4 total.

    I struggled all last week. My scale was stuck at 164.8 for most of it and the frustrating thing is...I hiked or walked for 6 of the 7 days between 2.5 - 4 miles at a good clip, burned between 400-980 calories, and watched everything I put in my mouth. Very frustrating! Looks like I won't make the 10 pound challenge by the 14th, but I'm giving it my very best shot and will take whatever I can get. Maybe I can reward myself by St. Patty's Day instead.

    -1lb from last week and overall so far...probably not going to make 10lbs by V-Day, but I think this challenge has really made me aware of what losing focus on eating habits on the weekends does to my goals.

    Really need to kick into high gear for the next 11 days...

    down 1.8 lbs from last week and 6 lbs total.

    Not sure if 4lbs is do-able in the next 11 days but I am going to give it my best shot. My downfall every week is the post dinner snacking goal this week is to just track so I can be more mindful of what it all adds up to.
