Strive Fitness Equipment

I previously use to be in excellent shape and loved the gym (I was very fit and strong) but it has been awhile since I have really lifted weights and am now getting back into it. I belong to the YMCA and the equipment they have is different from what I have used in the past. It is the STRIVE fitness equipment which consists of 11 machines. The program says to start at 1 and go all the way through to 11 and complete this 2-3 times per week. The cams are adjustable to focus on different parts of the muscle.

Has anyone used this equipment before and what kind of results did you get? I downloaded the "Workouts of the Week" from the website and will begin it this week. I am hoping to see results soon.

    Well i have been i creasing my weight on each machine almost each time i lift (2-3 times per week full circuit) except bicep curls. Seems to be getting the job done. I feel stronger and think i look a little toner. Its only been a month so i will keep at it.
