So, I'm relatively new to keto and don't have many keto-friendly folks in my friend list. So, if you'd like another keto-friendly friend to cheer you on in this challenge, I'd love to be added!
(I'd also love to see what your diary looks like, since I'm not even close to hitting my fiber macro and I'm WAY over on protein more often than not. But that's besides the point. )

I fairly new-ish to keto, but not to low carb! I think the key is finding full fat options to add to your meals to get the fat up there. I also don't worry about fiber...things move just fine for me with the amount of fat I'm eating.

I have trouble reining in protein as well. Been over a month now and I still don't quite have the hang of it. :-/
