Training up for Body Beast.

I survived a Stem Cell Transplant in May. Completed Jillian Micheal's Body Revolution and Rushfit since then. I am in excellent shape, at least that what they told me at LA fitness trying to sell me a membership. Any advice on Body Beast? I am taking it on in the next few weeks? I know it is going to be tough as I have never have lifted too heavy and need to be very careful with form as well as the amount of weight I can support due to a couple of bad spot in my bones. I have excellent core strength and I have done a lot of circuit training. Are there any simple rules to follow as far as gaining muscle mass is concerned. I am trying to find a happy medium as I don't want to gain too much mass or gain too much weight.

I would suggest start very light. There are so many reps that even very light weight will give you results after a few workouts you can always increase weight.0

You will find that Sagi has three simple rules...Rule #1 - Always use proper form...Rule #2) Have Fun...and the most IMPORTANT RULE - Stay Safe!! LOL - Yes, in that order. I would think the most important rule be Rule #1 but he has a lot of pretty funny caveats. Start light if you need to. I'm using the program to gain some muscle but more importantly tone. I've seen pretty good results in the first 5 weeks and plan on doing 2 rounds.0
