Hey guys
I had started nrol4w last year but when I had my gallbladder out in October I had a forced resting period of 6 to 8 weeks that became a 4 month break.
I had got through stage 4 before my break and I really don't want to go all the way back to the start. Any suggestions on the best way/stage to get back into it?
Thanks,
Jo.

You can try starting where you left off and see how you feel? You'll probably have to deload or maybe repeat that stage a second time...but see how you feel before tackling too much weight. Hope you're able to get back into it relatively easily!0

I'd go back to the start to be honest. That kind of time off will not maintain any strength gained. I had 6 weeks out last year and lost 50% strength. If you want to really reap the rewards of the program you need to do it as it is intended. Hope you are all healed now and ready to go :-)0

Thanks for the advice. I might start from the beginning, maybe slightly shortened, to get back on board.0
