I'm customizing my nutrition goals, but I'm not sure how much I need of some things...

Like I updated my carbs to 5% which is about 18 grams of carbs daily.. even though my goal is no more than 20, I guess 18 is close enough and will have to do.

But what about calories, protien, fat?? Those are the main ones I will be concerned with on the LCHF diet.

Any input would be greatly appreciated! :p
