Day 27: 2/6/15

TGIF!!

I met all of my goals yesterday, but didn't finish my workout until 9:30pm. I like working out in the evening, but would prefer to finish it a little earlier than that. On the plus side, I did run at a faster pace than I have in a long time.

Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. swim & strength

    Happy Friday! It's my day off work so have a busy day planned. Had a big breakfast because I have some major shovelling to do, then some cardio and a good workout. Got plans for a lunch with a friend I haven't seen in almost a year. It's going to be a great day even with the bitter cold.

    TGIF! Really excited for this weekend.

    Today's goals:
    1. Gym at lunch
    2. 8 glasses of water before leaving the office
    3. Stick to what I've pre-logged, no snacking!

    I'm happy because I met all my goals yesterday, even the laundry! I have also notices some steady downward creeping motion of my scale. Nothing drastic, but it isn't getting higher thank god.

    Today will be my rest day so my goals are:
    1. Stay under calories.
    2. Eat healthy.
    3. Drink water.
    4. 8-10k steps(if I don't make the full 10,000 today I won't be upset)
    5. No added sugar in the form of cookies I know will be at my grandma's house tonight.

    Happy Friday everyone!!!
    The sun is up and it's sunny and I hear the call of the wild :) I hope my daughter feels like hiking the snowy trail today, because I need nature time.
    Yesterday was lovely with bullseye on all targets!!!
