    I am UP 3.5 pounds in 2 days, for a weight of 179 from 175.5 that I was holding all week?!?!?! Logged it for accountability purposes because it is my weight, but am disappointed because I am working really hard and am not sure what went wrong. Oh well, just going to keep at it and see what happens! Great job everybody!

    I started eating 1200 calories and the weight started coming off again this week, plus I worked a couple of days and worked out. I lost three pounds this week.

    I love the mini goal idea. I have been bouncing around with 177 - 178 and can't seem to get the scale moving!! Not sure what I need to do to get it moving.... last time I plateaued I had to do Leslie Sansone DVD's - but my basement is under renovation and hubby said no moving the boxes until the floor is finished in the 2 bedrooms :( And I have no idea which box the DVD player and DVD's are. :(
