Hello everyone,
I need some help in regards to the calories consumed. On days I workout I usually eat my 15 % cut around 2000 calories, so my question is on days I don't workout should I eat my BMR 1540? I will appreciate your advice and please feel free to add me so you can see my diary. Thanks.

Hi Sandra!
This should be pretty simple to figure out. If your BMR is 1540, you can calculate your TDEE following Scooby's calculator and making sure to include your activity factor ( hours a week you work out and intensity)
http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
Once you have your TDEE you calculate your deficit. For 15% you calculate TDEE x 15% and that will be your calories allotment for every single day. That's why TDEE is better than standard MFP ( NEAT method) since your body gets feed accordingly both on rest and workout days
You will not have to eat back any calories unless on workout days you total lower than BMR.
Say you ate 2000 calories and burned 600: total is 1400 calories and under your BMR s you should add a small snack to get to BMR calories.
Hope this helps0 -
