What to eat at the cinema?

I don't usually have anything to eat - just coffee or water to drink. But I quite fancied a munch today. It's not a fd, but I wanted to keep calories in check as I feel like hitting the vino tonight!
- I would quite happily munch on sugar snaps or carrot sticks but thought these might be a bit noisy. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    You've got Will power.
    I'd give up a meal or two for popcorn and junior mints.

    I'd pick the smallest bucket of popcorn available - salty not sweet!

    Took my own microwave popcorn - salted - 180cals so not too bad!
