Good morning everybody!!!!
Yesterday was a great day for me :) feeling strong and anti-fragile from training always carries into the following days. I'm currently testing a new ab routine and I'm excited with the results so far :) once I completely test it out I will most likely recommend it for you guys.
For today, it's steady cardio day, with a target of 50% max heart rate to aid in muscle recovery and circulation.
Have a fabulous day and treat yourselves kindly!!!!

Good morning everyone. I fell off the no sugar/clean eating bus this weekend and I am looking forward to getting back on today and the rest of this week. Today will be a rough day as it is the two year anniversary of my great-grandpa dying but thanks to this inspirational group instead of emotional eating I plan on working out.

    Goals for today:
    1. 10,000 steps
    2. Workout, not sure what yet though
    3. Water!
    4. No added sugar, clean eating (going for 14 days in a row this time)

    Have a good day everyone!!

Good morning! I hit my goals yesterday, so I'm planning on keeping on marching forward.

@krp97‌ I'm sorry for your loss. I know how hard that can be.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories (I'm super stressed, this is going to be tough)
    2. 10,000 steps
    3. 3 mile run & strength

    Still here, still plugging along.

I have struggled with my water intake this past week, so I am making a goal to get in my 64 oz. today, no excuses. I also want to stay in my calorie range, before exercise, and get in at least 10,000 steps. I will be spending some time on the treadmill tonight!

To everyone who posts, thank you. You encourage me! I don't always feel like I have anything to say, but I always read the posts. I realized today, that if you all did the same thing, there would be nothing to read! So, I've decided to post everyday, even if it's blah and boring.

    You have been forewarned... ;)

Met most of my goals yesterday but didn't get in my strength training last night. I was bagged after work and just sat on the couch like a lump. Which made me feel worse but its done. Today is going better, todays goals:
    stay within calories
    Butt challenge - completed
    Burpees - completed
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred level 3 - completed
Tonight my fitness class at the gym

And as an extra bonus my friends and I registered today for Winter Warrior OCR next month! Hope its not bitterly cold, but it looks like a lot of fun. Never did an obstacle race in the snow so new experience!
