    Hi everyone. I feel bad! I started this challenge after reading about Tabata but have not done it myself. I promise I will do it in the morning and fill you in on how it went.
  • I have incorporated this into my Cardio routine.

    Finally tried Tabata. Got through about 4 sets of each and freestyled the remaining time. Not sure if this warmed up my muscles but afterwards I cut 2 minutes off of my 5k walk/ job and went strong on an extra mile.

    I agree. I am going to try it again Saturday and push myself a little harder. I usually workout before eating but I might have to change that so I can up my energy for this workout.
