@soybeaner. After a cold virus that has burst thru our house I'm only Finished day 1 week 6 today. I'm going to workout everyday to catch up to u by next Monday. Week 7. It's nice to have had u on the same day as me.0

@cbraun133 I agree! It's nice to have a virtual buddy. I hope the cold virus is out of your house!
I am having to rethink my workout schedule though. The lack of sleep is getting to me. My hip is now healed up enough to run again so I think I'm going to do that on cardio days. Hopefully Jillian doesn't find out! I do enjoy running outside over lunch. It gets me out of the office and into some fresh air. The downside is that I am a bit disheveled for the rest of the day.
Saturday & Sunday Body Revolution work out (whenever it fits into my day)
Monday run over lunch (I can sleep in)
Tuesday & Wednesday (early am work out Body Revolution)
Thursday run over lunch (I can sleep in)
Friday off
That means I will go from 5 early am work outs to only 2. Whew!0 -
ya that will be easier for you im sure. I will stick to my days Monday has to be my start day. Our weekends are very busy so I can never commit to working out both days.0

I'm at the same place! Starting week 7 on Monday (the 16th), and we had the cold last weekend so I took a day off entirely. Hope to see you here!

Done. No Burpees to allow my wrist to heal, but I did squat jumps instead.0

Did Cardio last night! It felt really good, as my body is fully healed now. However, my elbow gave out on me during burpees and it feels very strange now... @harieta it seems very similar to what happened to your wrist! I will take it easy on moves that put a lot of strain on my elbow.0
