How do I add friends from this group?

I can't figure it out? Want more carbless friends please?!

    If you click on the name link under a person's picture on their post (or even the picture, if I remember right), it should take you to their profile where you can send a request. I'm open to friends, but please just include a note such as "LCHF" or "low carber" or what have you, so I know where the request came from.

    If you're more tech savvy and don't want to have to click back a few times to get to the post with more names, you can right click your mouse and open each profile in a new tab/window so that you don't have to click back.
