Calorie question

I'm having a really hard time hitting my calorie goals each day but staying within my macros. Should I just be eating even though I'm not hungry? Most days I'm around 500-800 calories below my number. Anyone have suggestions?

Your diary is closed. If you're within your macros, you should be at your calorie goal. They're the same basic thing. How low is your calorie goal? How much are you under-eating?0

Well, you added me but I still think your diary is private. That's fine. What you need to do is make a real plan and stick to it. Make a list of meals (3-4 work for most) that get you close (doesn't need to be spot on) to your macros. And then challenge yourself to eat all that food. It may seem a bit ridiculous at first, but you may need to retrain your body to believe it's ok to eat that much. It is also training your body to get used to the new foods.0

Write down all the foods you like, of course low carb ones. Write down all the carbs, all the proteins, all the fats and calories, create a menu that will be withiin your daily macros and stick to it. I found it to be very much beneficial
I never hit my calories and usually 100-300 under. And sometime over. As long as other three are in check i should be ok.
Yours are a bit too low however, something need to be adjusted.0 -

I get it...I am slowly weaning off of a low carb, but also low fat and VLC diet right now. It's a popular and expensive one that I am glad I didn't pay for (months worth of food gifted by a friend) and I am terrified to eat too much now. I just try and stay focused on macros instead of calories (as hitting the macros puts me right close to the calories) maybe I'll lose slower on 1380 than I did on 700-800 cal a day....bit at least my hair won't fall out and I won't rip someone's head off or pass out at the gym0
