    This morning I did 50 minutes of free weights and kettle balls.

    Yesterday I did 30 mins of wall sits, planks, walking pushups, and free weights reps. I am gonna do something later today, too
  • Was exhausted yesterday after an early start and long day at work, but the boyfriend didn't let that be my excuse for why I couldn't go to the gym. We did shoulders and triceps with some flys, push downs, shoulder press, and incline presses. Didn't kill myself with the weights, but did enough I felt good enough after.

    Ended up with 128 minutes of strength training this week. Did Pump and some body weight work.

    On Friday I got to the gym and did part B to my weights workout for 40 minutes.
