Is anyone out there taking a thyroid supplement along with their prescribed medication? I am on my 4th week of taking the supplement below. I decided to take matters in my own hands when my doctor would not change my prescription. I am hypo with my Reverse T3 being one point away from being over the threshold. They say to give it 90 days to take full effect. So far I have noticed increased energy and my constipation issue is gone.

rather then experimenting I suggest you add cytomel (T3 replacement) if you are not on it. Mess with your thyroid and BIG trouble. It effects emotions, moods, thinking everything. You can even try a new doctor who will listen to you. I have changed doctors and finally found one I really like. She listens to me and adjusts my meds perfectly (which is not easy).0
