Hysterectomy update...

I received wonderful news. My Lynch syndrome test finally came back (one month later) and I'm negative!!! Woohoo!!! No complete hysterectomy for me. I still have to have surgery (open and not laproscopic) to remove a baseball size mass on the left ovary. She's going to take the ovary too. I still feel peri is still upon me. Periods are getting whonky and weight loss is being stubborn. Don't know if it's peri completely or part of it the mass on the ovary. Any thoughts on that one?
