I am just starting a strength program and I have ruptured my plantar fascia. We are going to work through this and hopefully will be fully back in 6-9 weeks. But I am wondering if I need to change my eating habits since most classes I do are about 20 min strength on one skill them a HIIT type workout for 10-25 minutes. I just looked up my TDEE and put it in my diary that way and am HOPING I can hit my protein. I will only do my strength 2 days a week till my foot is fully healed. Any help with what I should eat would be great. I want to mainly get stronger but also lose the body fat. I am wondering if someone can share what they eat on a daily basis to help me get ideas. Thanks for all your help!

I wouldn't try to play hero with a rupture. Before anything consult with an orthopedic surgeon before doing anything because if you ignore the pain and signs you could blow the whole ligament and require surgery. They may suggest and insert just to help you out.
IF you do not already feel pain with weight put on the foot I would take it easy a bit on HIIT cardio because that type of impact on the heel could reaggravate the ligament.
As for diet can't really say without your age, weight and height.
Be safe, cautious and above all else aware of your body.0
