Gained a pound. Honestly, I'm surprised it's only a pound! I have been HORRIBLE. Valentines Day/Anniversary... plus, when my hubby is home, I do worse (he has a weird schedule). I haven't exercised because of crappy shin splints. The excuses go on and on. This train totally derailed. Time to get my butt in gear! I'm obviously not going to make 20 pounds by Easter, but I shooting for at least 12! I can still do this!!0 -

Well ladies and gentleman, I am happy to say that after my few weeks of INCREASED weight today I am back to 175 land. What did I do differently? Absolutely NOTHING! I log my foods, try to eat my calorie goal with nutritious food choices, and am working on doing an activity everyday. My body is getting stronger and I am so happy about that! Here we go:
Jan. 01- 183 lbs
Jan. 08- 178.3
Jan. 15- 177.3
Jan. 22- 176
Jan. 30- 175.5

Loss to date: 7.3 pounds
For everybody losing, way to go! Hats off to you this is hard work! For those at a stall....I feel your pain but this will work! Stick it out you can do this! For those with a gain...evaluate your log, look at your activity, make any necessary changes and move along. If the log and activity are fine and you are getting stronger and fitter, shake it off and hold your heads high! You may be like me and have some weight gain even though you are getting smaller and stronger!
