    1.6 lbs less

    17.7/20

I am not complaining at all. I can honestly say that not once did I go to bed hungry. I always thought weight loss is not possible unless you are hungry, and boy was I hungry previous attempts.
For so many year I have been on/off diets countless times, of course I couldn't keep it up as I always felt deprived.
When I started this time I thought about signing up with a gym again, but then I decided against it. I was convinced that if I really wanted to lose weight I can do it without a gym.

Nowadays I walk when I feel like it and I fell like it more often than not. Sometimes I just do a walk at home video. Not lately as my left leg is giving me trouble, but I can walk in a straight line without pain, so I do that.

So far it is working and it is working so well that after I lost 5 kg MFP asked if I wanted to reduce calories I said no. I will do that once I notice that I can't lose anymore.

I am very content at the moment.

I just joined this group as I am looking for some challenges. Currently recovering from a blown out ACL and knee dislocation - my main motivator to lose weight so I can continue to ride my horses and enjoy my ranch life. So I will modify some of the challenges to accommodate that.

I'm so excited! I lost 5 pounds this week. I think I was retaining water, but it sure is nice to see the scale going down!!!

    1/1-208
    1/4-206
    1/11-205
    1/18-203
    1/25-200
    2/1-198
    2/8-196
    2/15-195
    2/22-190

I am two pounds away from this challenge goal. I hope to bust through it and keep going. With 6 weeks until Easter, I am hoping I can lose 5-10 more pounds by then! Therefore, new challenge goal: 182

My weight remained the same this week. Disappointed but not surprised. I'm still in Florida and still having lots of company. It's a real challenge to stay on top of things. I'm still walking lots but need to get control of my food. Oh well, this is big progress over same situation last year.

    Have a great week, everyone.

    Starting Weight - 68.3 kg (150.6lbs)
    January Week 2 - 68.2 kg (150.4lbs)
    January Week 3 - 67.5 kg (148.8lbs)
    January Week 4 - 68.5 kg (151lbs)
    January Week 5 - 67.5 kg (148.8lbs)
    February Week 6 - 67.3 kg (147.6lbs)
    February Week 7 - 66.1 kg (145.7 lbs)
    February Week 8 - 66.3 kg (146.1lbs)

A gain of .2kg (.4lbs) doesn't bother me too much. I fit into my clothes even better. An old jumper that used to be super tight on my arms is now loose, and my "skinny" jeans are fitting me even better than they did before! :) And, huge NSV for me - somebody carried me on their shoulders at the Colour Run! YAY!
