That anxious panicky feeling of being hungry. But proud to have begun. Journalling instead of tv a good plan. Keep it real and congratulations! PS: 1260 cal day is not enough for me. I need to have at least 1600 to cope.

  • One thing that I have had to work on is being okay with feeling hungry. You don't to start feeling sick but it alright to feel hungry and not eat for a while. I also it is important to not restrict yourself so you fee like you can't have something you really enjoy. This will sabotage yourself. I know when I restrict myself I end up binging on whatever it was I was trying to restrict.
  • Thanks for the support, jdarcy6870. I still feel that weak sick feeling and I have a habit of not allowing myself to feel hungry. Compassionate self talk would be, wow you feel anxious right now. You're burning fat as we speak. You are gutsy and I believe in you. Just had a salad. Hugs to self and everyone out there.
