Not sure how accurate this thing is with how many calories you burn doing exercise. I would think that playing 90 minutes of ice hockey would burn more calories than remodeling a bathroom.

Its interesting that you brought it up. Just yesterday I read about the accuracy of sites like this, as well as treadmills and stair climbers. They say that they should be used as a guide only, unless you are actually using a heart monitoring, activity tracking device.0
