I didn't realize that there were other who didn't know this, but you can buy a carton of egg whites in the egg/dairy section of your market. They are great because you can add most anything to them. I like to use random spice flavors that sound appealing and then healthy them up even more with vegetables. Yummy!!
I know I can't be the only one that has food and exercise weaknesses. Personally mine are chowing down on buffalo wings, and avoiding push-ups. Please don't be afraid to share yours.
When you burn, let's say 400-500 calories from exercise, do you eat a little more through the day to make up for those calories? I normally don't and then this thing tells me that I may not be eating enough.

Not sure how accurate this thing is with how many calories you burn doing exercise. I would think that playing 90 minutes of ice hockey would burn more calories than remodeling a bathroom.
