What motivates you to eat healthier and exercise? When you find yourself getting off track, who or what is there to support you?

    I'm not sure yet, I get in a kick every so often to want to eat healthy, then once I drop a few pounds I get sick which results in the eating healthy thing going out the window until I get back to my original weight.

    Do you get sick from dropping weight? Something sounds amiss if that's true :(

    True story...I was talking to a guy yesterday who lost 100lbs!! He said it did it the 'smart' way - slowly, eating healthy, and daily exercise. Interestingly he said the key to his success was keeping a diary. A busy software professional working in Philly and family in Johnstown, he travels a lot including occasional trips to China. He mentioned it could not have done it without a tracking diary. I would say that guy is my motivator. If he could lose weight and get in shape I sure can do it too!

    I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence or if it is bc I lose weight that I get sick
