I may have pulled a quad or hip muscle with this one yesterday. I don't think I have the strength around my pelvis to support myself in the one-legged push-ups or the weighted kneel-back. It seemed odd that she'd suggest the heaviest weight on this. Anyone have a similar experience?0

@smoskaluk Is it the one where you hold the weights straight up on the lower your butt to your heels for the quad work out? I totally use 5lb weights. I tried 8 lbs the first go around and it was WAY to heavy for me. I also have reverted back to knee push ups for the one legged push ups.0

I'm sorry I won't be able to join you on week 8. I am going away for 3 weeks and if there is any possibility to exercise, I will be doing workout 7 and 8. But I will not call that week 8 unless I can at least 4 workouts a week.

Done! My husband normally occupies our girls while I work out on the weekend. He is gone fishing this weekend. I even turned on cartoons to occupy them! But I guess Jillian is a motivator to kids as well. I had A LOT of help during the work out. It got done but goodness. The distraction level. During the down dog push-ups my 10 month old crawled under me, the 3 year old was sitting by my head asking questions, & the dog was trying to lick my foot. A LOT of help.0

Ah haha! I miss those days and I don't miss those days. If it makes u feel any better my dog came downstairs and took a sh•• right beside my mat last week.0

Hahaha! I should be able to start week 8 next week and there should be no distractions during my workouts.0
