I'm ISO a yummy low fat stuffed pepper recipe, I've never made them before (or eaten them before) my BH has made a request, so I'm trying to find one that works for both of us! TIA!

  there is a recipe on the skinny taste website for peppers stuffed with turkey mince, they are very nice and low cal
