I have done yoga and love it! Has anyone experienced Hot Yoga, opinions/experiences?

    I've never done hot yoga, but love yoga too! Are you going to try a class?

    Love yoga! Terrified of hot yoga. Lol
    Being too hot makes me angry and u feel like that's opposite of how I should feel doing yoga lol
    I have a friend whose husband is a hot yoga instructor and I've heard so many wonderful things about it- but I just don't know if it's for me!

    I am thinking about it ... however I have great issue with the idea of throwing up in public :-/
    I am scared the heat will have a negative effect.
