Hello! Brand new to keto, starting with a fat fast.

So I'm brand new to keto, and have only had a mediocre diet at best previously. After plenty of research I chose keto, so I'm just really dropping by to say hello and introduce myself and meet some people.

That being said, I'm starting out with a three day fat fast, and a little over halfway throught day one I'm already starting to feel it. All good though, better things on the other side :)

    the first week or two can be rough, so just try to take it easy

    Remember to supplement potassium and magnesium. Also drink broth to help with your sodium levels at first. Drink plenty of water!
