My name is Valerie. I am 23 years old and looking for someone to help motivate me. This journey has been rough for me with constantly getting back up and trying again then falling off. I am tired of starting over. I want to just do it!! But I need help. I am looking for someone to talk to, someone to help motivate each other to go to the gym, to eat right, to finally hit the goals we have been working towards.
