It's the last week. Lets make the best of it. March is just around the corner. Lets hope the weather warms up soon. The minus 0 temps are getting old. On the bright side - the sunshine is awesome right now.

I Youtube'd it and watch it on my phone while doing other things!! I haven't gotten into an every day habit yet, but I can see how she could definitely jump start things!! Working a desk job, I really need to become better friends with her!!0 -

Thanks! I'm not ready for my daily check-in...probably won't do that until morning, but when I started typing this over an hour ago (boo for being busy at work) I was less than a mile from my goal. If I have to do laps around my car before I go home, I'm going to make it!!!0 -

I'm sticking with a 100 mile goal for March, but also going to push to make at least 2 days a week a 5+ mile day. that should beef up the miles.
